I am a British male in my 40s who has struggled for years to make progress with my Japanese learning.

I am able to understand fine while studying but have a real hard time keeping vocabulary in my head to be able to use.

I'm basically really frustrated and embarrassed by my inability to communicate. Please help me! I need motivation and guidance!

I would prefer face to face lessons.

I live in Saitama but often travel to Tokyo for work so I am flexible regarding location.
