What package should I choose, and what do the different options look like?

 

  Free Ads - Can I advertise for free?
Yes! Our online-only ads are 100% free for individual non-profit users.

If you are not advertising a business or services for regular profit, then you
can enjoy advertising completely for free.

 

  What does "regular profit" mean?

 

Do you teach yoga for free to help keep your community happy and healthy?
Great! Advertise your classes in Metropolis Classifieds free of charge.
Do you teach yoga and charge a fee per lesson?  If so, please choose Individual Business.

Sorry, since our December 25 2015 issue, Metropolis Classifieds are online-only. That doesn't mean you can't make your ad stand out from the rest, though! Take a look at our Bronze and Premium Online Packs to see which is best for you.

Commercial enterprises wishing to advertise in our print magazine still have the option to do so in our new Marketplace section, as well as in larger ads elsewhere in the magazine. Please contact sales@metropolisjapan.com for details.
 Bronze

Our Bronze Package is designed especially for our personal advertisers and is NOT for businesses. It means that your ad will be placed at the top of the free ad list for the duration of its run.

  What does a bronze ad look like?

 

Online, your ad will gain a premium bronze border to help it catch our visitors' eyes and will keep your ad above any other free ads that might be displayed in your ad section.

 How much does it cost?

We believe in giving value to all our advertisers at Metropolis, which is why we offer our Bronze Package to non-profit advertisors for just ￥1000 and to Individual Business advertisors for just ￥5000 (online-only).

Premium Online Packs
Our Premium Online Packs are designed for businesses and people who want a little help earning money with our advertisements. They can also help you stand out from the crowd and get more responses for your personal ads.

Not only that, they keep you near the top of your ad section and ensure  you don't get hidden away by newer, free ads.

  What does a Premium Online Ad Look Like?

We currently have three tiers for our online ads that give you a few different 
options for how your ad looks and where it appears on our site.

SILVER PACK

 

Silver ads get you a prime position above our other free ads, and give your ad summary a fancy red border to help you attract our sites' viewers.

GOLD PACK

 

Gold ads place you higher in the pecking order, above both our free ads and our silver ads. Your ad summary also gets a beautiful gold sheen to really give your ad a premium quality.

PLATINUM PACK

 

Platinum ads ensure you stay at the top of our page, and stay above all our other ad packs. Your ad summary will shine red with bold black text to catch the eye of everyone who looks at our site.
